For best results we recommend 3–5 sessions weekly, but we can design a schedule based on your flexibility and fitness goal.
Q5. Is yoga safe during pregnancy?
Yes — under guidance. We offer specialised prenatal and postnatal yoga designed to support mothers safely through every trimester.
Q2. What should I wear and bring to class?
Wear comfortable stretchable clothes. Carry a water bottle and small towel. Yoga mats and props are provided at the studio, or you can bring your own.
Q4. Do you offer online or home sessions?
Yes — we provide both live online coaching and private instructor-at-home sessions in the Dhanori, Viman Nagar, Tingre Nagar, Porwal Road area.
